Unlock the power of positivity
AI has become one of the world’s most powerful tools for problem-solving. By focussing attention on what works, the “positive” in their situation, and on what people really care about, AI helps teams to have energised, positively-framed discussions, and helps management create buy-in for ideas or solutions. There are 4 stages involved in Appreciative Inquiry: Discovery, Dream, Design, and Destiny. The completion of these stages results in “transformational change, sourced from collaborative inquiry with participants” (Cram, 2010).
1. Discovery - Get beyond the mental block and find out what can make the company a success.
2. Dream - This is where you begin to dream of what could be or what needs to be at the company.
3. Design - Create solutions with practical applications
4. Destiny - Commit and become

AI has become one of the world’s most powerful tools for problem-solving. By focussing attention on what works, the “positive” in their situation, and on what people really care about, AI helps teams to have energised, positively-framed discussions, and helps management create buy-in for ideas or solutions.
Solve difficult work-related problems with a positive mind-set. Energised discussions lead to constructive solutions and enable collective buy-in. Action plans are integrated into a balanced scorecard for corporate planning purposes with a high level of accountability.
