Can you describe for us what you did today?
Yes we had an activity to make a commercial film by ourselves. We had a lot of learning from the experience. I was in a director role and I was really stuggling to managing the team. But finally we could make a great commercial film and we got first prize! And it was great fun and motivating.

Yes we had an open discussion. We had to trust each other and collaborate. Yes we had a lot of learning from that.
