The Event Marketing Awards China aim to recognise and celebrate companies applying best practice to the creation, planning, production and management of innovative and successful events in Asia-Pacific. Team Building Asia used Quickfire technology platform to deliver the “INChallenge Talent Management program” for Philip Morris Asia in order to select their best internal talents The INCHALLENGE Global Competition covered 10 countries in Asia to compete in real time.
This project was proven to have created an increase in employee performance and net revenue for its client and as such was awarded Gold for the Best Technology award and Silver for the Best Business Solution by Event Marketing Awards.
