Toy Factory

Teams (representing divisions of a corporation) must each solve fun and active problem solving challenges and puzzles to “earn” tools and toy parts for their team. When they have enough resources, they will begin the challenging task of creating an efficient assembly process to produce a hand crafted wooden toys of in a limited time.

Teams will feel a great sense of achievement as they pass rigorous quality checks. When the final deadline approaches, teams discover the reason for their effort – a representative of the chosen charity will give a short presentation about the charitable organization and the recipients of the toys to the group.

In an emotional finale, each team lovingly prepares their handmade toy with a decorative gift wrap and a personalized gift card for the children.  Building a Dream is an extraordinary team event with impact – your delegates will walk away fulfilled from the visible rewards of their efforts.
