Noodle Nation is a new team business simulation with a cooking twist! With all cooking equipment supplied, this all new activity requires all participants to network and plan together to deliver twelve different Chinese noodle dishes with accompanying cut-throat marketing campaigns.
Participants ranging from a minimum size of 48 – 200 persons are split into twelve countries, each producing a key ingredient. Running on a simulation of a business week, from Monday to Thursday, all teams must network, plan and execute to deliver their key ingredient to those countries who need it; and simultaneously source the ingredients they need for their dish to be completed. For example Miso Mountain may require ingredients from Tofu Town while at the same time delivering their product to Pak Choi Islands.
This high level networking succeeds to break down the silo mentality while the marketing campaign to sell the dish ensures employee engagement and reinforces company branding.. Also, as time is limited, this promotes working efficiently and smarter to ensure your team’s needs are met and the needs of the other teams as well. By Friday all ingredients trading has ceased and teams prepare their gastronomic delights.
